Have you ever noticed how those niggles and pains you experience often return time and time again even with the help of a massage therapist, chiropractor or osteopath.

Sometimes, it takes a few days or weeks but inevitably our postural habits, occupations, stress levels, lifestyle choices often leave us feeling that our bodies need constantly 'tuning' up by a physical or manual therapist.

As a massage therapist of 14 years, I know how important it is for people to take care of their bodies in between sessions to really make long term change to issues that are addressed in treatment.  I want to use my knowledge and experience to empower you by giving you the knowledge to take yourself out of pain and into a place of ease where you no longer need someone else to 'fix' you.

Back Health - Pain & Self Care Guide - £34

Over 3 hours of content teaching you step by step strategies to get on top of acute and chronic low back pain.  This programme then shows you how to keep pain at bay with long term self care and maintenance.

Learn how to stabilise, mobilise and strengthen as well as use myofascial release tools to break down troublesome adhesions and scar tissue safely and effectively.  This is a complete and comprehensive programme aimed at empowering you to take care of your back health with confidence and ease.

 

Neck Pain & Self Care Guide - £12

A full hours worth of content teaching you strategies to relieve neck pain using self massage, stretching, mobilisation and strengthening exercises.

You'll also be guided through how to use myofascial release tools to break down troublesome adhesions and scar tissue safely and effectively to prevent neck and upper shoulder pain returning.

Shoulder Pain & Self Care Guide - £29

Over 2.5 hours of content teaching you step by step strategies to get on top of acute and chronic shoulder pain.  This programme then shows you how to keep shoulder pain at bay with long term self care and maintenance.

Foot, Knee, Hip Pain & Self Care Guide - £29

A full 3 hours of content teaching you step by step strategies to get on top of acute inflammatory foot pain such as Plantar Fasciitis as well as chronic knee and hip pain caused by instability, tightness and weakness of the muscles around the hip.

This programme then shows you how to keep pain at bay with long term self care and maintenance.

Learn how to use myofascial release tools to break down troublesome adhesions and scar tissue safely and effectively.  This is a complete and comprehensive programme aimed at empowering you to take care of your hip, knee and foot health with confidence and ease.

Myofascial Release Workshop - £15

This workshop was originally born in the studio, taking a class of students through 2 hours of techniques aimed at releasing whole body muscular tension from head to toe.

As a massage therapist, I wanted to create instructional guidance on how to use the spiky ball and foam roller intelligently.  I often see people creating lots of tissue trauma when using both of these props because they are going in too hard and too fast.  Working with fascia is about taking time and listening to your body.

This 2 hour workshop is divided into 3 separate videos so you can work areas of the body that need specific attention.

Wellbeing & Relaxation Self Care - £15

As someone who has from time to time experienced my own anxiety, I know how important it is to have tools to use in times of stress.

I've put together this little 90 minute wellbeing and relaxation package so you have both guided and non guided techniques to use at anytime to help rebalance your nervous system and bring about deep calm.
