This service was specifically developed in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

It's geared towards helping support those struggling with musculoskeletal pain or dysfunction and who are either unable to seek treatment due to physical distancing or who are keen to work towards more self empowering approaches to improve their own health and wellbeing proactively and with confidence.

Not unlike a regular clinic visit,  you would fill out a health history form first prior to your appointment.  We would then spend around 10 minutes in consultation so as to begin formulating a picture of whats going on and then dive into the active assessment movement approaches.

These important steps; the right questioning, active assessment and functional testing can go along way to identifying your specific issue.  The 1:1 treatment, then uses a variety of tools relevant specifically to you!!

I use a combination of Movement Training (Pilates), Yoga inspired stretching & Myofascial self release to reduce your symptoms of pain whilst improve your flexibility and strength.

You're then provided with your own private access to bespoke videos and PDFs using the Namastream Platform to keep you on track in between your virtual sessions.

There is a variety of payment options from single to blocks of 6 and 10 which can be used as often as you need and booked by yourself via the booking page.
